Month to Month

Move-In Requirements

$40 application fee per adult, once the application is approved we require a $600 refundable deposit within 24 hours to hold your apartment until the day you move in.  On move-in day, the prorated rent for the current month is required.  Rent is due on the first of every month with a ten day grace period.

 

Pet Policy?

Spayed/Neutered Cats Only

We allow indoor cats only (no dogs), cats must be neutered and spayed and over one year old.
$200 refundable additional deposit required.

 

Rates and Floor Plans

Pheasant Park offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment styles.  Our rental rates/terms are exclusively month to month.

We guarantee rental rates for one year and you may move at any time without penalty so long as we have a 30-day notice.

We pay water, sewer, and garbage charges.
